Pensham Hill House Barn, Pershore, Worcs is a converted 19th century farm building with a wealth of exposed timbers and original features. Situated at the top of Pensham Hill and independent of the main house, it enjoys delightful views over the River Avon to Pershore town as well as Bredon Hill. The ground floor accommodation is set in a tranquil and private setting, yet in walking distance to Pershore town.

The property is traditionally furnished with antiques. There are three ensuite bedrooms with a large sitting-room with gas effect log burning stove and french windows that lead to a private terrace. Tea/coffee making facilities offered include use of a carpet covered tennis court, sauna and above ground pool (subject to prior arrangement).

Pershore is famous for its elegant and unspoilt Georgian architecture and its magnificent Norman Abbey. It is also a riverside town and famous as a centre for horticulture. Surrounding villages are equally delightful and the local is ideal for exploring nearby Worcester, Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds.
